In this piece, I intended to create a site for "dramatic" happening(s). The site has an inside and an outside alike. Entrances into it and exits to get out of it are lurking randomly instead of arranged in order. It is beyond explanation whether what one sees on this site have already happened, are happening, or are going to happen. Stimulating and calming at once, the site may intrigue anxiety, but it also comforts.
The sunlight. through the window glass divided by tapes. is projected onto the floor (sometimes the walls) and resembles a zebra crossing that moves with time. Like a moving clock hand, the crossing implies the instability of directions and "solutions" (if crossing the street can be seen as a sort of "solution").
In traffic lights, the yellow light indicates transition, whereas in this piece, it is set to be always on. On the contrary, the red and green lights are lit only when someone passes by and makes sound. Here in this suspending setting, emphases go to "hesitation" and "the yet-to-be-decided".
我试图制造一个“有戏”的事件（群）现场：它既有内部又有外部；它的入口与出口埋伏各处而非确定；现场的一切无法说清它们是已经发生、正在发生还是即将发生；它冲动又冷静，使人焦灼也给人安慰。
阳光透过被胶带分割的窗玻璃，在地面（有时是墙面）上投影出随时间移动的斑马线，像时针般指示着方向与“解决”（如果说过马路是一种“解决”）的变动不居。
在交通灯中示意过渡的黄灯在这里被设置为常亮，红灯和绿灯才会随人的响动而间歇亮起——“犹豫”与“不决”在这个悬置的场景中被强调。
